Five tools under one roof for people applying for jobs — and for the people screening them. Score a CV against a real job description, surface the missing keywords, and prepare for the interview that follows.

Less Doing. More Living.
I'm I Gede Agus Wibawa — fifteen years running IT for hotels and resorts in Bali, now building the websites, AI products, and internal platforms that make those operations lighter.
About
Anabhi Dev is not an agency. It's where I put everything I build — client websites, AI products, and the internal systems that keep a hospitality operation running.
Fifteen years on the operations side taught me the part most developers miss: a system only works if the people using it at 6am actually want to open it.
Build smart. Automate the rest. Enjoy life.
Products
Built end to end — interface, AI integration, and deployment. No demo videos, no mockups. Click and use them.

A culinary assistant for Bali that recommends by area — Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran — and tells you the story behind a dish instead of just naming it.

Internal platforms built for a hospitality group. No public links — but these are the ones with numbers behind them.
Training 110+ staff across departments meant paper checklists, WhatsApp reminders, and no reliable way to prove who had actually completed what.
A full LMS from scratch — course delivery, a quiz engine with anti-cheating measures, role-based access, and automatic certificates. An AI layer on top writes the daily and monthly summaries management actually reads.
110+ staff on the platform. Training status went from a question nobody could answer to a dashboard anyone can open.
The same operational questions reached the IT desk every week — where a policy lives, how a system works, what the procedure is for an edge case.
A conversational assistant grounded in the company's own documentation, so answers come from internal reality rather than generic model knowledge.
Routine lookups now resolve without a human in the loop. In testing with the operations team.
Infrastructure status lived in five different tools. Nobody outside IT could see it, and inside IT it took a morning to assemble.
One operational dashboard consolidating network, systems and service health — written for a non-technical reader as much as for the IT team.
In daily use. Status reporting moved from reactive to at-a-glance.

A website that needs rebuilding, a task eating your team's morning, or a system nobody wants to open. Tell me which one.
Fifteen years fixing other people's systems taught me how to build ones that don't need fixing.
